The 5th Conference on Open Access Scholarly Publishing (COASP) is to be held ↵
this year at the Radisson Blu Latvija in Riga, Latvia. The preliminary program ↵
is now available on the conference website http://oaspa.org/conference/, ↵
together with details of how to register for this event. 

Early bird registration fees are available until 30th June and further ↵
reductions are offered to OASPA and OAPEN members.  Members of OASPA are also ↵
invited to participate in the fifth General Meeting of OASPA on September 18th.
