[BOAI] Unanswered webinar questions now answered

[Forwarding from Caroline Sutton of OASPA. --Peter Suber.] A number of questions posed during the OASPA webinar on Tues 20 October went unanswered at the end of the session. Panelists have now responded to these in writing and OASPA has posted them.
